Epic Male Character(s)

It's very difficult to decide what character should be included or not. Anyhow, I've tried to include all the awesome characters of very famous anime. (A lot of very good anime are not included, but still I couldn't help but restrict it to a few very awesome and very popular anime.)

I like all the mentioned characters in one way or more...
If I were to narrow it down, my choices would be
1- Yagami Light (Dead serious, but clever as hell. He'll always find a way to not to sacrifice himself.)
2- Uchiha Itachi (Dead serious, but kind actually. Won't mind to sacrifice himself for a big cause.)
3- Sakata Gintoki (An epitome of how to live a cheerful life in spite of dark history / misfortunes.)

If I were to narrow it down to a single choice, I'd elect

Probably because I believe world is not a place where you can be straightforward and get everything. Besides it's fun to manipulate people. (Only evil geniuses would get it XD)

it's a hard pick, i narrow it down to between ulquiorra,zoro and edward, and since FMA:B is my fav anime i voted for edward, hot headed while being smart, nice combi

Epic male character eh? Why is Son Goku not here?!   Beating guys who blow-up entire planets is epic. xD. I have my vote on him (Saiyan 4), or Trunks. 

But then, if not him.. my vote goes to my avatar.

They're not really epic-type, more like ridiculously powerful.

Aokiji aka Kuzan, he is epic. But since you dont have hime here ill have to go for Roronoa Zoro

i pick Ulquiorra Schiffer coz he die in horrible state..hahahaha

I'm picking between Gintoki Sakata and Minato Namikaze.
They're great overall.

My epic male character(s)? Hmm.. well, difficult choice... I'll choose Natsu Dragneel. Just see his spirit and skills make him looks more cool & epic in my eyes. I like him. Seeing him remembered me to Haru Glory, though, who's my another epic male characters (although he's not in list...  )

I chose Shanks. Because he need no fruit and another arm to become a Yonkou.

Where's Cap'n Hans Gunsche?

if we're talking about epic male character, he's the most baddass villain out there

Where is Oga Tatsumi and Kamijyou Touma? They are the embodiment of epicness just behind zoro, of course.. Well, zoro got my vote, he takes kuma's ursus shock like a boss..

Minato Namikaze of course! Simply cannot forget this scene.

Followed by Zoro and Gintoki. Plans for a female version of this poll?

Guts from Berserk is perhaps the ultimate epic character.
