If I remember correctly after previous dmca problems a new provider/service that did not respond to dmca claims was chosen. Or so it was believed.

This new provider is disappointing.. they promised a lot like dmca protection but, in the end they did nothing of sort and yes chatango has been disabled but the reasons are still unknown, I guess they'll send a message in the next hours.

Hmm, maybe you guys could ask for some advice from the HorribleSubs team? Their "About us" section is almost like they're inviting any DMCA challenge, but they have remain untouched & still running..
