It's a forum site precisely, like AnimePassion. It's got some obsolete / rare things (and of course new things) that you might not be able to get any where else. It's forte is Asian Media. (Korean/Chinese/Japanese/Taiwan Dramas / Movies, but also have other things)

Instead of converting anime to mini-mkvs, they convert it to AVI or MP4 format. I think they also mirror their source videos. Needs registration (and be part of the community if you want to request).
