Whats Wrong With Hi10Anime Staff

i was the follow this site was a bit long since it newly created i think and Kazz was introduce this site to me. because i like the quality of encoding even thought it was LQ.
but nowadays, i feel weird why some series was already end but when an encoder of the series was disappear the series was stalled, but no any encoder want to help to finish the series as fast as possible. on old times it will taken as fast as possible so there no one waiting for that series. but now .........
and for an old and very long series, it only encoded by 1 encoder and no one help, and take the burden by himself. and a long series always not taken. what??? the reason always it was a lot of episode. make a team guys, 1 encoder take 10 episodes for each month and it will posted for each month, if there 7 encoder do it it will fast that series finished and there will be a lot of fans will download it.

GUYS WHERE YOUR TEAM WORKS!!!! ARE YOU GUYS CANT COMMUNICATE EACH OTHER BETWEEN ENCODER???

B3H3M0T, I know how you feel but the thing is a lot of encoders have to deal with their personal life aside from encoding, most being in College and school still it makes it harder to keep up with everything.
Since the encoders here don't get paid they do this it's not their job, but it is something they decide to do in their free time.
Some encoders have limited internet access so it makes it harder to upload stuff they would like to finish.
We do work as a team, we have private posts that only encoders can see where we talk about problems that have arisen.

but it is good to leave behind some series??? there some series was stalled because 1 encoder was got trouble his PC was got stollen and no one ever want to think to finish the series. dont forget the follower already download it half throught are you guy not think of it too?? some series already that already ended are stalled more than 1 month and another was more than 2 month. follower never care when the new anime release, if they ask when new series release answer it with "we will do new series but we finish old series that got stalled one first"

Sometimes these things can't be helped. Within a team sometimes there is bound to be some miscommunication among most things.
Some encoders can/ may get defensive about others taking their projects that they want to complete, that may be one reason to some problem or even something may have happened with the sub group they where getting the encodes off.
I understand how you feel B3H3M0T, please write a list for me so we know what series/ shows you are talking about so they can be discussed further.

let me guess after finished uploaded file you guys upload was not shared to other encoder what you upload. and my conclussion was you guys was bad at management and it make me sure you guys dont care of each other release. how come i know this?? bcause you ask me what release was stalling, and if thread was deleted or locked that means what i say was right

First off, let me tell you a story.
A kid was eating a candy and an old mane came and said,

Old Man: Because I don't eat candies.

Do you have any idea how busy I am? No you don't. So let me enlighten you.
Previous week, I had my mid-semester exams.
After a month or one n half a month, I will have my final exams.
(First delete the exam days from my encoding life, then delete the days I will study for those exams. Then delete the days I will get sick. Then delete the days I will spend without my PC. Then delete the days I will have some other work to do. Then delete the time I waste on replying to such things.)
Now consider this to all of us here. We all are busy for one reason or another.
But we still encode things, because we like the work and...
don't add up days idiotically.

A month's delay is just 4 episodes, nothing at all. We take over other person project only when he informs that he is very busy and asks us to cover it. If we take over projects for 2-3 ep delay without noticing him, it'd be just rude.
Maybe because we are a good team, we try not to hurt each other. Maybe that's why we wait for him to notice us, before we take any action.

Another factor is: We have a lot on our plate in the first place. I have many many BDs (series + movies) to cover and do you have any idea how much time a real BD 1080p takes? Then other non-BD stuff, then ongoing series. So it's hard for us to immediately cover others lost projects. (The PC stolen issue you mentioned. It's not easy for us to leave what we are doing and start working on what the other was supposed to do. Just wait, we will cover everything.)

Sorry to disappoint you, we are not here for speed, but quality. If you want speed, you can always go browse the web for fast releases. If you can't stick around us, then maybe you're not worthy enough.

Also, I know you just wanted us to inform and all. We are aware of what weaknesses we have, but that doesn't mean weaknesses can always be covered when you know 'em. But still people of Hi10 are working hard.

why you guys never think simple thinking
1 encoder help with 1 episode with the same setting with previous release are that still distrub the other series?

yeah you can go to other sites, maybe you can go directly to the subbing group and watch their releases then redownload that release when Hi10 releases it  (if your internet is not limited and slow)

or if you want a smaller encoded episodes of the animes, why not download the original source and then reencode it by yourself? they released a guide right?
(because thats what I do sometimes)

they have to deal with some stuff with their personal lives too. they're not hired to encode animes just for us. they just do it as a hobby or a past time.

and an episode takes a lot of time to download, and add the time that they reencode  it and upload it for us.


and not everyone of them have the same style of encoding. and not everyone of them uses the same settings even if the use the same crf

Once you got that in your head it's really simple.

It's just that you have so many free time and can't wait anymore.

If you've got problems, why don't you join?
Or THERE'S the simple.. download, re-encode and keep it yourself method.

Are you guys sure want this site just like minitheatre or darklegends????
