There are no sub versions for this show in DVD format in English. I downloaded the above raw source and the quality is fantastic, but it doesn't have English subtitles and I couldn't find any sub files for this show, otherwise I'd attach them myself.
I would really like for you guys to do this one. Very few groups ever picked this one up, and we only have a TV version in a small resolution size. Please consider this one!
