Splitting file for big size file

Hey guys, i was wondering if you could split the files if its size are bigger than most encode, such as the movie that range from 700MB - 1GB into smaller piece??
Honestly, i can't download it in one go with that size because my ISP is really moody(if you know what i mean)
,
but for standard size ranging from 100MB - 200MB, give or take some, it's okay
So, please consider it

DDL links of Hi10 are resume-able. So there shouldn't be any fear of disconnection; you can resume the downloads where you lost the connection from.
